Of Antwerp’s many hotels, we have selected three to be “official” FEATS hotels for the weekend. Booking via the forms available here entitles you to the negotiated FEATS rate.

Theater Hotel, Arenbergstraat 30

Yes, you’ve got it, right next to the theatre! It’s modern, comfortable and a very good starting off point for exploring the centre of the old city. There are several city car parks nearby and of course (this being Antwerp) lots of good restaurants and bars.

Eden Hotel, Lange Herentalsestraat 25-27

Situated in Antwerp’s diamond district, well worth wandering around. (Antwerp is the world’s greatest diamond trading centre so if you are looking for a special piece of jewellery, then the FEATS weekend is the time to buy.) The Eden is close to the Central station, an architectural work of art in its own right, as well as the Zoo, the Diamond Museum, and our very new Aquarium – as well as being only 10 minutes’ walk from the theatre.

The Eden Hotel tells us that it is now fully booked for the FEATS weekend.

All the FEATS rooms have been taken, and their remaining rooms are now also taken by (horror of horrors!) non-FEATS people. There still remain the Theater and the Postiljon Hotels; if anyone is having difficulty with finding a suitable hotel room or wants to try somewhere else, then get in touch with . We will do what we can to help.

10 minutes’ walk in the other direction, a modest old hostelry situated right under the cathedral. (Advantage: you are right in the middle of the old city, where you could happily spend the whole four days without coming to the Arenberg Theatre at all. Disadvantage: cathedral bells!)

Being small and old-fashioned, it doesn’t have its own Web site so you will just have to accept our word for that it is a very nice little hotel. There are only 19 rooms, and we have reserved the whole hotel for the 4 nights of FEATS.
