Here is the form for ordering your theatre tickets and your supper tickets. Tickets will not be sent to you; everything will be available for collection at the theatre, and if you pay in advance your tickets will be allocated and waiting. Please note: all bank charges should be for your account, and it will cost you less if you quote your IBAN/BIC numbers when making payment from outside Belgium.

The party will be on Saturday night, downstairs in the theatre. We are providing good food (a cold buffet), pleasant company, music – folk music from across Europe during the supper, and music more suitable for dancing later – and a bar that will remain open for as long as you need. One special innovation: those who are performing on Sunday and therefore need to get up early the following morning for their backstage meetings and rehearsals will have priority tickets and can queue jump at the buffet and the bar.

The supper tickets have to be ordered by Sunday 23 May at the latest, after which there will be no more tickets available. We have to give our caterers exact figures first thing on the Monday morning and no changes will be allowed after that.
